Since 2020, Moonshiners has developed its recipes in France with the same commitment to formulation, consistency and traceability. Because a flavour signature must be reproduced with the same precision in every bottle, every stage of production follows that same commitment, backed by controlled French expertise and a rigorous quality framework.

Our e-liquids are made in France by the Lips laboratory, based in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles, near Nantes.
Founded in 2013, Lips is a longstanding name in French vaping, committed to harm reduction and recognised for its expertise in formulation, manufacturing and quality control.
Every Moonshiners recipe is carefully developed: raw material selection, flavour balance, consistent results, blend uniformity and repeatability from one batch to the next.
Formulations are managed through a dedicated computer system, production is monitored, and every batch has its own production record.
Every bottle has a batch number and a QR code providing access to its production information. A sample bottle and its analysis report are kept for 3 years.
